ICT Group sells its majority stake in HCTS

ICT Group has sold its majority stake in ICT Healthcare Technology Solutions B.V. (‘HCTS’). The reason for ICT Group to take this step is the lack of synergy between HCTS and ICT Group. It is very important for HCTS to invest and to keep meeting all healthcare related requirements & regulations. All things considered we felt it was essential to find a home for HCTS (renamed now “NEXUS ASTRAIA B.V.”) in which healthcare, or even better obstetrics, is core business. We believe we have found the right match with (the) NEXUS (Group).

NEXUS is a leading provider of digital solutions in pregnancy, childbirth, and women’s health. Their unique approach is trusted and actively used by more than 2,400 clinics and practices in over 70 countries. HCTS specializes in modern monitoring systems, such as CTG monitoring & telemonitoring. With a skilled international team, they deliver products and expertise to over 150 hospital installations in 10 countries.

ICT Group will remain a minority shareholder.
