The ICT Group Center of Innovation (CoI) identifies emerging innovation needs in the market, connects divisions, and stimulates early-stage ideas. In addition, the CoI supports the scaling of promising solutions, enabling them to create value and impact across the entire organization and for all our customers.

The Center of Innovation (CoI) translates ICT Group’s strategic objectives and our customers’ needs into concrete innovation themes. By providing structured support to the division roadmaps – with expertise, resources, and best practices – we accelerate the development and implementation of successful solutions.

Across ICT Group, innovative software products and solutions are continuously being created. By centrally organizing this knowledge and proven technology, other parts of the organization can also benefit. This enables us to leverage our collective strengths and increase the impact of our innovations.

The CoI focuses on centralizing innovation for our customers, specifically for solutions that do not yet exist but for which there is a clear demand. Often, different sectors share similar innovation needs. By bringing these together and developing them collaboratively, we create more efficient processes, scalable solutions, and added value for a wide range of customers.
