ICT Group joins forces with M4 and expands presence in Sweden

ICT Group currently operates in Sweden under the ICT Nordics label, consisting i.a. of ICT Additude AB and ICT Sweden AB. With M4’s established offices in Malmö, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Kristianstad, and Halmstad, ICT Group expands from its current base in Skåne to gain nationwide reach across six key Swedish regions.
Denis van Nunen, Managing Director ICT Nordics: “There is a strong strategic and cultural fit. Both companies operate in the fields of software development, mechanical engineering, and specialist consultancy services. M4 brings a senior, entrepreneurial team and a proven business model that complements ICT Nordics footprint and scale.”
M4 will benefit from ICT Group’s international reach, operational infrastructure, and strong client network across Europe. Together, the companies will be better positioned to deliver broader, more flexible solutions to clients navigating an evolving the Swedish (consultancy) market.
Denis van Nunen continues: “A year and a half ago, we started operations to also deliver projects to Swedish enterprise customers in combination with ICT Group’s nearshoring capabilities in Bulgaria and Portugal. We now see great potential for M4’s customers to benefit from access to these cost-efficient, high-quality delivery centers as well.”

The combined organization will consist of over 140 consultants and more than 150 subcontractors currently in assignment, making it a significant player in the Swedish consultancy market.”
Importantly, the current owners of M4 will remain actively involved in the joint operations, ensuring continuity for employees and customers alike and contributing to the continued growth and integration of the business.
