Construction consortium ALSÉÉN (Ballast Nedam and Fluor Infrastructure) is responsible for the expansion of the Everdingen-Hooipolder section on behalf of Rijkswaterstaat. INNOCY is taking on the asset management of the project.

An important goal of the project is to renew the infrastructure and improve traffic flow, safety and quality of life. After completion, ALSEEN will be responsible for maintenance for 15 years.

The project is in the design phase at the time of recording the video. INNOCY is responsible for the asset management of the project. This means that INNOCY is responsible for ensuring reliability, availability, maintainability and safety during the design phase. In addition, we make plans for the maintenance of all assets and associated cost estimation. In addition, INNOCY coordinates the maintenance that is already taking place on the acreage.

The strength of this collaboration is that good relationships between the various parties were built at an early stage of the project. This provides a good basis for the follow-up phase.

Partner in Life Cycle Management

INNOCY supports both clients and contractors in the field of asset management. As a result, we know both the government's future-oriented ambitions and the goal-oriented realism of market parties. We unite both perspectives in everything we do. From thinking along and selecting the best infrastructure solution in the research and design phase to managing, upgrading or dismantling infrastructure assets. Our approach is always the same: with an eye for detail, an overview of the whole. The project with ALSEEN is a good example where all aspects of our knowledge and expertise in the field of asset management come together.
