ICT Group sells its minority interest in Greenflux

All shareholders in Greenflux Assets B.V. (‘Greenflux’) and Novofleet Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, a subsidiary of European mobility provider DKV Mobility Services (‘DKV’) signed a sale and purchase agreement with respect to all shares in Greenflux. Closing of the transaction is anticipated later this month. This cash transaction will result in a one-off net profit of approximately € 8.2 million, which will be reflected in the Q2 results.
