ICT Group, developer of the model-based development tool Motar, is entering into a partnership with TTTech Auto. TTTech Auto provides solutions for the challenges of future vehicle generations. The company specializes in safe software for automated driving and beyond.

High-end safety control units (ECU)

The ECUs satisfy upcoming needs for a wide range of applications in the automotive industry. They can be used as a platform for vehicle prototyping and development as well as a powerful control unit for series production programs. This includes the use as vehicle control unit, for (electric) power train applications or vehicle dynamics control systems – also in low volume programs.

ICT Group’s Motar platform allows customers using TTTech Auto’s ECUs to develop software without writing any code. The software instead will be generated from the behavioural descriptions of the functionality (low code). As a result, customers can decrease their development effort and time-to-market of new developments. In addition, Motar allows for the reuse of previously designed functionality in future projects and in other applications or vehicles.

Koen Peppelman, ICT Group’s Business Unit Manager of the unit Engineering R&D Products: “In our market research on suppliers of ECU’s TTTech Auto regularly comes out in first place. The company provides leading-edge technology for the global automotive industry that is stands out in terms of safety and electronic robustness. Both, ICT and TTTech Auto support their customers to minimize the time-to-market from prototypes to complete products to launch new functionalities for vehicles in the shortest possible time. We are excited about taking the next step with TTTech Auto in developing our products.”

Marc Lang, Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing Automotive at TTTech Auto says: “We see a clear advantage for our global customer base for safety control units from the collaboration with ICT Group. We are looking forward to collaborate more to further accelerate innovation.”
