Your career

As a starter, you will generally first be assigned to an internal project, where you will quickly be given your own responsibilities under the expert guidance of one or more coaches. In this way, you go through all the various phases of a project, from the initial design phase to the implementation of the software. The more experience you acquire, the more responsibilities you will be given and the more challenging and complex the projects will become. After you have acquired sufficient experience, you can also be seconded to a client in the Netherlands or elsewhere. You then have the option of specializing in a specific direction, for example in a technical area or specific domain or in sharing your knowledge with others or acquiring management skills.
