If you start at ICT Automatisering as a Software Engineer, you will generally be assigned to an internal project so that you can be coached and assisted by your colleagues. This allows you to become more familiar with our organization and working methods before being given an assignment at a client location.

As our employee, you will be assigned an Operations Manager (OM), whose job it is to look after you in terms of your work and well-being. Together with you, the OM prepares an annual Career Plan. This plan deals with your career wishes and targets, how you can best develop your knowledge and skills, and how you can best realize your goals and further personal development. ICT Automatisering offers a variety of training opportunities, including in-house trainings, external workshops, E-studies and independent study.
