2012
HUMIQ continues doing business under the new corporate name of ICT Automatisering. ICT Automatisering N.V. now consists of ICT Automatisering Nederland B.V., ICT Software Engineering, and the partly owned subsidiaries ImproveQuality Services (75%) and InTraffic (50%).

2010
ICT becomes a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, which is the highest status awarded by Microsoft to its business partners.

As co-shareholder ICT owns 75% of Improve Quality Services.

2009
ICT Infotainment GmbH is established with its corporate base in Hildesheim, Germany.
The activities of ICT Embedded B.V. and ICT solutions B.V. are continued further under the name of HUMIQ B.V.

2008
In January 2008 ICT Software Engineering GmbH is established in Hildesheim, Germany and the four ICT strenghts were combined into one:

  • ICT Nederland
  • ICT Software Engineering Südwest GmbH (formerly Xcc Software GmbH)
  • LINEAS Automotive GmbH
  • !zip EDV-Beratungs GmbH with Automation GmbH

In July, the German !zip EDV-Beratungs GmbH and !zip Automation GmbH retroactively merge with ICT Software Engineering Südwest GmbH in Germany.
In October, LINEAS Automotive GmbH announces its name change. ICT Software Engineering Nord GmbH is established in Germany in the following German locations: Wolfsburg, Braunschweig, Neurenberg, München and Ingolstadt.

2007
As co-shareholder ICT owns 50% of Improve Quality Services.

2006
Under the name of ICT NoviQ, ICT offer services that deliver high added value in several sub areas within the field of system development.

ICT acquires 100% of the shares of the German firm Xcc Software AG. Xcc is now part of the ICT Group, which is active throughout Europe as a software development service provider. Shortly thereafter, the name of the company is changed to ICT Software Engineering Südwest GmbH.

In January, ICT becomes a shareholder in ImproveQuality Services, a specialized commercial company that focuses on high-quality and innovative services in the area of software and system quality.

2003
InTraffic B.V. is established in 2003 as a joint venture company between the engineering firm of Movares Nederland B.V. and ICT Automatisering N.V.

2002
As of January, ICT has two subsidiary companies: ICT Embedded and ICT Solutions.

2001
ICT Solutions is established by combining the activities of the Embedded segment of Professional Systems and Industry (PSI), ICT Office and ICT Telecom.
Due to its continuing growth, LINEAS Informationstechnik GmbH in Germany establishes a separate entity for the Automotive domain under the name of LINEAS Automotive GmbH.

1996
!zip EDV-Beratungs GmbH is established in Germany. Due to the enormous demand for automation services, the subsidiary company, !zip Automation GmbH, is established in Germany in 1999.

1989
The firm of Xcc Software GmbH (X computer consulting) is established in Germany. After a steady and successful expansion of the company, it is transformed into an AG in 1998.

1978
ICT Automatisering N.V. is established in the Netherlands. The company develops embedded software for industrial applications.
